1. What is a “Group”?
•
Group refers to a team or company that is a developer/publisher.
◦
Ex) AAA Games, BBB Studios, etc.
•
For proper identification, fill in the group name with your team or company name.
•
A single studio account can be in multiple Groups.
•
You can create multiple projects within one group.
•
The Group's Base Language is determined by the team owner's country information.
You can change the Base Language in the Group's home page.
2. What is a “Project”?
•
A Project is a grouping of products that belong to the same product family.
•
Contracts and settlements are handled on a per-Project basis.
•
You can group different versions or related products into a single Project.

For example, you can group 'AAA Game 15', 'AAA Game Pay-Per-View', and 'AAA Game Artbook' into one project.
◦
ex) You can group "AAA Game" and "AAA Game - Hard Mode" under the same project.
◦
ex) You can group "AAA Game", "AAA Game Demo", and "AAA Game G-star Demo" under the same project.
•
A Project can contain multiple games and content products within it.
•
You can separate Projects for administrative convenience.
3. What is a “Product”?
•
A Product is each “unit of sale” offered to a user.
•
In addition to the main game, DLC (some expansions), content such as OST, art books, etc. are defined as one Product.
•
Multiple Products can be registered within a single Project.
•
The name of the Product should be clearly written in a user-recognizable configuration.
