This guide is for publishers/developers who have signed up to STOVE Studio before July 1, 2024.
- By following this guide, you will be able to release games on STOVE Store without additional contract.
STOVE has included Terms and Condition Agreement for game release as of July 1, 2024. For those developers/publishers who signed up to STOVE after February 28, 2024,
you can release games on STOVE Store without further contract process.
However, for those who signed up before July 1, 2024, you would still need to sign up contract for each game you would want to release. In order to prevent such a procedure, you can swap to Terms Agreement process. (by agreeing once, you would not need to do any further actions for other game’s release)

In order to Terms & Conditions procedure, you would need to follow below process
1. Create new account on STOVE, and sign-up to STOVE Studio
2. Transfer your project to the newly signed-up account

Create a new account, different from the previously created account,
and sign-up to STOVE Studio.

2. Project Transfer

Project Transfer can only be done by STOVE staff, at present.
If you wish to transfer your project,
please contact STOVE Studio Support(store.support@smilegate.com).
When contacting us, please include the following information

Your account, and to which account your are transferring
•
Project Name (those project to be transferred)
