Below explains how you can apply to [Lunar New Year] Promotion
By following the below guideline, please proceed until Request Review.
1. Login to STOVE Studio

Login to STOVE Studio, using the managing account

2. Choose your game (for Promotion Application)
•
After logging in, click Manage Game Store (on the left), and click Release Game
•
If you do not see such screen like below, click the button that looks similar to the one in Green.
Before checking Release Game menu, make sure you do not have the games for promotion in Register and Review menu.
If you have games for promotion in Register and Review menu, please apply your discount promotion and send request there (see screenshot for reference)

Go to Release Game (Or go to Register and Review, read above text)
•
Choose game(s) for promotion.
3. Apply Discounts for Promotion and Send Request
•
On the left, scroll down, and you can find Official Release Information.
•
Under Official Release Information, go to Product Discount, press Settings.
•
Click Select Period, and set Discount Period as below

Lunar New Year Promotion:
UTC +9, 2025-01-24 16:00 ~ UTC +9 2025-01-31 23:59

If you wish to participate until Hot Week for February, then:
UTC +9, 2025-01-24 16:00 ~ UTC +9 2025-02-07 23:59

Make sure you have entered the correct time (23:59, etc.)

Be aware of the UTC, make sure you set to UTC +9
Regarding Discount Rate
•
If you already have set Base Discount Rate in Sale Settings, adding another discount rate in the menu would add up to the base discount rate you have set.

For instance,

Base Disount Rate in Sale Settings: 10%
â—¦
Product Discount in Official Release Information: 30%
â—¦
Overall Discount during the promotion = 40% (10+30%)
•
After the promotion has ended, the discount will return to Base Discount Rate in Sale Settings.
•
After setting discount, go to Release Settings

Check Automatic Release after Review, then press Review Request
4. Done!
•
After reviewing your application, STOVE staff will pass your request (if there are no issues)
•
Once passed, you are confrimed to participate in the promotion.
